LABOR ARBITRATION SEMINAR - 2nd Year Class

Calling all people who love court room dramas and/or who secretly want to be a trial lawyer (or who at least liked My Cousin Vinny) 😊! This class is primarily for those who do, or hope to do, arbitrations for their locals or people who have a large role in the preparation of such cases. You will learn the basic concepts of effective advocacy in arbitration. You will deal with a hypothetical case and get to do opening statements, direct examination, cross examination and closing statements, and if the class wants to, put on a full mock arbitration. Some course materials are available online before the school begins and should be downloaded and reviewed. Some work outside of class is required.
