LABOR ARBITRATION SEMINAR - Requires Completion of Steward Training

This class is primarily for those who do, or hope to do, arbitrations for their locals or people who have a large role in the preparation of such cases. You will learn the basic concepts of effective advocacy in arbitration. You will deal with a hypothetical case and get to do opening statements, direct examination, cross examination and closing statements. Some course materials are available online before the School begins and should be downloaded and reviewed. Some work outside of class is required.
