Contract Costing

This class is the companion class to CONTRACT BARGAINING ll. Economic proposals are key to a successful contract. This is an intensive excel class designed to accurately calculate the base year cost of a member on the bargaining team and each proposed year which follows. The Union’s economic proposal is contrasted with the employer’s counter proposal. The side-by-side format allows for an ideal comparison. From this foundation a group formulates a proposal.
