YOU MUST HAVE YOUR WRIST BAND THAT IS ATTACHED TO YOUR LANYARD TO ACCESS YOUR MEALS, DON'T LOSE YOUR BAND, KEEP IT ATTACHED TO YOUR LANYARD - NO BAND, NO MEAL, This is how they track meals.

Breakfast Every Day @ Peterson Heritage House Dining Hall

7:00 AM - 7 :45 AM 

Lunch Every Day @ Kahler Village (KV) Dining Hall 

11:50 AM to 1:00 PM

Dinner Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday @

Kahler Village (KV)  6:30 PM - 7:30 PM 

***NOTE: The Dining Hall closes at 7:30 PM so you must arrive by 7:00 PM to have plenty of time to eat

Dinner Tuesday Night - BBQ @ the Bandstand Park in Presidents Circle  6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Dinner Friday Night - @ The Alumni House in the OC Tanner Ballroom from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

CAMPUS PARKING

Sunday and Saturday are FREE Parking on campus

Monday thru Friday from 7:00AM to 8:00PM You may park in the Alumni House Parking Lot FREE of charge, this is the ONLY lot that will be paid for our attendees all week.

If you choose not to park in the Alumni House parking lot 

you will need to purchase a parking pass at your expense, 

GCRMLS will not reimburse you for this expense.

You will be ticketed in any other lot that does not state free parking, the university patrols the lots ALL day long and are very diligent in enforcing paid parking, you will get a ticket if you do not purchase a parking pass, GCRMLS is not responsible for parking tickets.

COVID-19 TESTS

On campus you will see COVID-19 TESTING signs posted throughout campus that has a QR code you can scan, it will take you to an appointment system that will allow you to set up an appointment on campus and test FREE of charge - COVID tests are still covered under the cares act on campus. If you are feeling ill PLEASE TEST -  In the event you test positive please go directly to your dorm room to quarentine and please inform Marta so we can make nessary precautions

for you.

CAMPUS SHUTTLE INFO

The campus has a shuttle service that runs during the week, you can download the APP  with the links provided below to find shuttle stops and once you get to a shuttle pick-up/ drop off stop you can scan the QR Code they provide and it will give you a live look of where the shuttle busses are so you will know when you will be picked up.
