Strategic contract Campaigns

 

 

This course will equip union representatives with the skills to increase worker engagement and leverage employer vulnerabilities during a contract fight. How can we increase our power at the bargaining table, with actions on the shop floor, and also away from the workplace? We will examine innovative strategies and tools to pressure difficult employers to win the best possible contracts for our members.
